How long does it take to process and ship orders?
  • Orders are processed typically within 2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) from our distribution center in Phoenix, Arizona in the USA. **During the holiday season, processing and shipping times may be extended by up to 4 business days. Delays are to be expected.
  • Free shipping on USA orders over $50 (excluding taxes). Orders under $50 within the USA will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $6. If a coupon code reduces the order total below $50, shipping fees will apply.
    • Standard orders within the USA are shipped via USPS, with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days. These times are not guaranteed, and delays due to unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
    • Expedited orders include 2-Day and Overnight delivery options via UPS/FedEx. To ensure the fastest processing, orders must be received in our system by 11:00 AM MST. Orders placed after 11:00 AM MST will require an additional business day. PO box and Saturday deliveries are not available.

  • We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, China, Hong Kong, India, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand. If your country is not listed on the checkout page under 'Delivery Country/Region,' we do not offer shipping to your region, and do not have an alternative solution.
  • International orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees upon reaching the destination country. These charges are levied by the government of the receiving country and are not included in the shipping fee. Customers are fully responsible for paying any such fees. Antler Farms® has no control over the assessment or amounts of these charges and strongly encourages customers to understand and comply with their country’s importation regulations.
  • Additionally, Antler Farms® is not liable for any delays, confiscations, or rejections of shipments by customs authorities in the destination country. In the event that an international order is refused due to non-payment of customs fees or for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for both the original shipping costs and the return shipping charges.
    What if my order is incorrect, damaged, lost or stolen? 
    • When a discrepancy exists between items ordered and items received the product is received damaged, Antler Farms® must be notified within 7 business days of receipt and/or delivery date of shipment at info@antlerfarms.com. Customers will be asked for the order number, images the product and a copy of the packing slip. Cases will be evaluated at the discretion of Antler Farms®.
    • If you were shipped the incorrect product by mistake, we will request that you repackage the received items in the original box and return it to our fulfillment center. Return postage will be provided.
    • Once a package is marked as delivered by our shipping partner, Antler Farms® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

        New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate
        What is whey protein? In its original form, whey is a mixture of water, protein, fat, carbohydrates and lactose. It is processed to remove excess fat, lactose and carbohydrates to create whey protein concentrate, which is approximately 80% protein. Further steps are required to remove more fat, lactose and carbohydrates to create whey protein isolate. Whey protein isolate has the highest biological value, the highest concentration of protein and is the most rapidly absorbed. Why is grass fed whey protein isolate better than other whey protein isolates?
        It is well known that dairy products sourced from grass fed cows are significantly higher in nutritional value than grain fed cows. Studies show that cows fed high-grain diets have a higher incidence of metabolic disorders than grass fed cows. New Zealand is the most advanced dairy producer in the world, operating under strict guidelines for the husbandry and general care of its livestock. The use of rBGH is completely banned in New Zealand. In fact, all dairy products from New Zealand are legally required to be free of hormones.           Where is Antler Farms® New Zealand Fish Oil sourced?
          Our fish oil blend is sourced from the New Zealand Hoki and South Pacific Anchoveta. Both are wild caught and certified sustainable. Both are also low on the ecological food chain, which means they have extremely low levels of mercury and other contaminants when compared to other, larger fish. Hoki are fully traceable to the fishing vessel, date, time and location of catch.

          How is Antler Farms® New Zealand Fish Oil processed? Our fish oil is processed on location in Tasman Bay. The high speed of processing from ocean to facility means our fish oil is exceptionally fresh. In a state of the art facility, the refinement process  filters, purifies and concentrates the Omega-3 fatty acids while removing harmful environmental toxins such as mercury, lead, PCB’s, and dioxins. What ingredients are in each serving of Antler Farms® New Zealand Fish Oil? Each serving contains: 2,000 mg of fish oil concentrate (1,300mg Omega-3 / 720mg EPA / 480mg DHA), 2mg of organic orange extract, 1mg of vitamin E.           What is beet root? Antler Farms® New Zealand Beet Root is the taproot portion of the beet plant. A taproot is a large, thick central root from which other roots sprout laterally. What is the composition of beet root?
          Beet root is a rich source of essential nutrients, nitrates, vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.  What are the benefits of beet root? Beet root has a high content of dietary nitrate. Nitrates are converted in the body to nitric oxide, which acts as a vasodilator. It opens blood vessels, lowers blood pressure, and allows more oxygen to be delivered to muscles.           What is Manuka Honey? Manuka Honey is honey that is made from the nectar of Manuka flowers. The Manuka flowers only bloom for 2-6 weeks per year. What is the composition of Manuka Honey?
          Manuka Honey has a distinct nutritional profile. It also contains carbohydrates, enzymes, amino acids, B vitamins, trace minerals, electrolytes, fatty acids, alkaloids, glycosides, phenolic and flavonoid compounds. What is the unique about Manuka Honey?
          Manuka Honey contains a natural compound called methylglyoxal (MGO). MGO has powerful antibacterial and antimicrobial activity. What are the benefits of Manuka Honey? Manuka honey contains special health properties used to support the immune system, promote digestive health, and boost energy. It can also be used topically to manage skin conditions and dress wounds. How is Antler Farms® New Zealand Manuka Honey harvested and processed? Antler Farms® Manuka Honey is harvested from sustainable bee hives found in remote, coastal forests of New Zealand. During harvest, the bee hives are transported to a processing facility in Canterbury Plains, where the honey is carefully extracted from the honeycombs. This procedure starts by slightly warming the honeycomb trays to get the liquid flowing, removing the wax seal on the honeycomb, then spinning the tray to remove the contents. The honey is bottled on location immediately after processing. Our Manuka Honey is pure, raw, unpasteurized and unfiltered. It contains no fillers, artificial colors, flavors, additives, sweeteners or preservatives. What are UMF ratings? Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) ratings indicate the level of certain key chemical markers in Manuka honey. The higher the UMF number, the higher the level of these compounds, and the rarer and more expensive the Manuka Honey. UMF ratings are determined by an independent organization called the Unique Manuka Factor Honey Association. Consumers should only purchase Manuka Honey with a UMF rating to be confident they are getting authentic, third party tested Manuka Honey.           Organic Raw Cacao
          What is cacao? Cacao is the seed of the fruit of the Theobroma cacao tree. What is the composition of cacao? Cacao is a true superfood loaded with vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, iron, potassium, zinc, copper, calcium, selenium, phosphorus and manganese. It is particularly rich in flavonoids, a potent antioxidant, as well as theobromine, a natural stimulant. What are the benefits of cacao? Raw cacao is one of the most powerful antioxidants of any superfood due to the high level of flavonoids. Antioxidants protect the body against the cell damage that free radicals cause, known as oxidative stress. Cacao contains naturally occurring chemicals that make us happy, reduce stress, and provide sustained energy. How is Antler Farms® Organic Raw Cacao grown and harvested? Our cacao is sourced from cacao trees that grow in the Andes Mountains of Peru. It takes four to five years for a cacao tree to produce cacao pods. When the pods turn from red, green or purple to yellow, they are ready for harvest. The cacao fruit are picked by hand by local farmers. How is Antler Farms® Organic Raw Cacao processed? The cacao fruit is opened and the seeds are removed. The seeds, or beans, are fermented then dried on large wooden platforms, before being ground into paste. The paste is cold-pressed to separate the cacao butter, resulting in pure, raw cacao powder. Our cacao is never roasted. What is the difference between cacao and cocoa? The main difference is that cacao is raw and cocoa is not. Cocoa is processed with high heat and washed with an alkalizing agent to neutralize the acidity. These processes improve the taste but destroy most of the nutrients and antioxidant benefits at the same time. As a result, cocoa has an inferior antioxidant capacity and nutrient density compared to raw cacao. How can you use cacao?
